Ustad Sultan Khan dies at 71 due to kidney failure

MUMBAI: The legendary Sarangi player-musician of international fame Ustad Sultan Khan has passed away this afternoon. Ustad’s death is a big loss to the whole Indian music industry. The Indian music abode has been facing loses since some time, as first Jagjit Singh then Bhupen Hazarika and now Ustad Sultan Khan passed away. Khan died at 71 earlier today on Sunday due to kidney failure. Tomorrow, Ustad Sultan’s funeral will be held in Jodhpur.
